My father and both of my grandfathers were engineers by profession, and they taught me about the wonders of math and science. Their influence was so strong that until I decided to go to business school, I wanted be a mechanical engineer. Today, many of my hobbies reflect those scientific roots - I enjoy following the recent developments in aerospace engineering, building high-end computers, and am fascinated with the trends that are emerging in the fields of energy, virtual reality, and medicine.

On the other side of my family, my mother and grandmother were both university professors and taught me to value education more than anything else. I believe that it's thanks to them that I developed a passion for teaching and sharing knowledge with others and I'm grateful for it.
